{Video} How this Woman Found the Courage to Build a Community

Let’s get real for a minute.

For years, I’ve been hearing “I don’t love my job” or “I really want to do more of my own thing, but I have bills to pay.” For years, I said the same thing.

When we’re not fully satisfied with our work situation, we may be saying “I want something else.” but what we’re truly looking for is more connection and meaning.

Some of us jump right into action, updating our LinkedIn profiles, sending out resumes, and building a business plan. This may allow us to feel like we’re making progress, but honestly, how far is it really getting you?

Finding and DOING work you love requires something bigger. It requires courage.

Today, we’re speaking with Work Bigger member Allison Callow.

Allison’s mission is to elevate and expand human consciousness and the human spirit by building community through storytelling, conversation, and bringing her whole self forward.

We’re going to talk about what’s REALLY required to make a shift in your career.

We’re going to talk about courage, spirituality, connection and purpose.

And, we’re going to dig deep on how and WHY Allison made the very difficult decision to leave her job so she can fully bring her mission to life.

After you’re done watching this video on building community, let us know in the comments – what’s the greatest insight you’ve taken from this video? And what’s one thing you can do today to build your courage?
